* lib/min-max.h: New file, for "min" and "max".
[lib-src/ChangeLog]
New file "lib/min-max.h".
* ebrowse.c (min, max): Define them by including <min-max.h>
instead of defining it ourselves.
* pop.c (min): Likewise.
